She apparently went to a dodgy backstreet ass surgeon and it went wrong (as anyone with even a whole single brain-cell would have for-seen!) leaving her with that monstrosity she's got now!
I wonder if perhaps one day, sometime in her sad life, she'll actually make a single good decision ?
