So... not only did he bunglingly shoot the wrong person... the person he was TRYING to shoot was a vulnerable autistic young man who was posing absolutely no threat to anyone. Well that's much better! If only he had been a better shot... then he would only have killed an innocent disabled person.
And who cares about those, right? If there's one thing worse than an ethnic monority, its the disabled.
