Well, he is right.

Germany and France have indeed been compromised - and we all knew it would happen. The Europeans have allowed themselves to be infiltrated by the unknown enemy as ISIS has evidently taken advantage of Europe's open borders and flooded Europe with their own fighters (what it said it was going to do).

What the United States decides to do screening wise to foreigners entering is their business - it is their country after all and they are sovereign and have control of their own borders (something that European countries, including the United Kingdom, do not seem to have anymore). Protecting your own border is crucial now more than ever. Thankfully the United Kingdom isn't in Schengen.
