I think the difference is the celebs have actually a great social life, media experience. and they're more confident in themselves because they're all on good money to appear on CBB.
With this you get a greater level of conversation, argument and all round nuttiness tinged with
'don't they know who am I?' attitude.
The civilian one is full of wannabes who will never be, and as a consequence they're dull and often very stupid.
If that makes sense.
