Absolutely! They were clearly intending to humiliate and goad him, and were basically rubbing his nose in it. They pushed him too far, and he reacted. Although I don't agree with violence and aggression, I'm glad Bear looked a little worried when Heavy D responded, as hopefully it might make him think in future- though sadly I doubt it.
