Yes, I'm in agreement with those who are finding him tedious. Sadly, having watched every BB and CBB since the very first one, I can honestly say this is the first time ever that I have been tempted to switch off.

The only reason I haven't is out of loyalty to the show, and in the hope that we begin to see more of other housemates and storylines.
And, although I can predict that some will say that no-one else is doing anything interesting, we cannot know that if we do not see it. In fact, just like when 'big' characters left in civilian BB this year, other characters came to the fore and more interesting storylines developed as a result, I am sure the same would happen in this case. How I am missing that series.
Unfortunately, the focus on Bear (who is very one-dimensional) means we are basically watching the same thing every night- Bear winding someone up and enjoying the misery he causes. Therefore, each episode feels so predictable, and this is what makes it boring.
If his wind-ups were comical and amusing, I might find him entertaining. Unfortunately, his wind-ups are just unpleasant, and to me this isn't entertainment and it isn't enjoyable.
In my opinion, the only truly entertaining moment Bear has given us was his response to the security guard in the diary room.
