he's voting aubrey because it's very very personal - plus she sees through his **** plus thinks she has some power to persuade others about his unpleasantness

he's voted ricky because he knows ricky's also seen past his act and won't rise to his bait for now, and probably can tell ricky's got a good chance of doing very well in this

he DIDN'T vote for colin because, just like lewis, he doesn't perceive him a threat or even someone to be taken seriously as a peer - he sees colin as something less than himself and his associates. this may change if he stays in long enough and colin gets saved over lewis.
