Bear is a smart bully. While he doesn't do anything that constitutes as 'classic' bullying he targets people through harassment by winding them up, and putting themselves in uncomfortable situations constantly, it's like mental abuse, and he does it non-stop all whilst walking away scott free because it's not your traditional calling someone a '****' or 'punching someone in the face'. That's what makes Bear even more slimy.
