I have Twilight Princess but never started it!
I hated MM, could never get into it because I hate time limits in games - I like having time to explore! And yeah...OOT is in no way overrated. It was a staple of my childhood

Yeah MM really splits opinion because of that, and I felt the same when I first played it, but after the intro part of the game and you get used to it and can manipulate the time etc, I found that I could explore as freely as I wanted to and the time thing is less a restriction, as it is just an added element to the story (and something that makes you think of time management which I really liked because it added more realism for me and I found myself loving it and finding it more exciting because of it). Because you can do all the exploring you want if you keep resetting time after the 3 days are up, and as long as you make sure that you reset the 3 day cycle again before starting a dungeon or a quest etc. then I found there were no issues with it (and one cycle was always more than enough to complete the dungeons with time slowed down). It's a different kind of element to have in a game though so I get why it's off-putting/takes getting used to, but I remember being surprised how quickly I went from hating the idea of the time thing to really loving it.
I couldn't get into Phantom Hourglass myself, and I haven't played the others, but I've heard great things about Windwaker, and Skyward Sword looks really good to me but I've heard mixed things about it.
