This is a hard one....Normally people like Bear can be blamed but if he wasn't there, who is to say that someone else wont step up. They all know what the score is and without him, it could fly or die, difficult to say but from my own perspective, it would be better off without him because his type drag the show down to Jeremy Kyle level and that's not what I signed up for.
