I dont think his fans are sparce at all! They seem to be everywhere in fact! But I do believe that a lot of them have voted in every eviction multiple times and I can imagine his biweekly number of votes becoming smaller each and every eviction just because more of his fans will start to regret the price they pay and/or would rather wait 'til the final
