I have a hard time labeling someone as boring if I haven't seen what they're about or what they do as a housemate, unless I actually see them interacting with people on a daily basis in non forced scenarios, I can't make a judgement on their entertainment value, Bear has successfully made the show about himself, which is what he wanted and in doing so, he hasn't allowed anyone else the opportunity to be shown doing anything but react to him, so while I can't comprehensively label Ricky or Sam as boring, I can happily and willingly label Bear and his cock squad as boring, because they have been shown a lot and have never entertained me once, so I'd rather keep people around to see what they're like when not around a cloud of doom, than keep someone who actively bores me to death.
