...this is true. Working with the public can be one of the most stressful jobs, depending what kind of day you've had, and some people just find it harder to put on a fake smile, and imagine how hard it would be doing that for hours on end. If they were getting paid a fortune then I'd probably say they should just have to suffer it but truth is a lot of them are probably underpaid for what they do. So yeah I can't help being really annoyed when I get someone unpleasant, but thinking about it I don't really blame them tbh.
(Although sometimes I think some people are just generally miserable and hate the public)
