Trying to avoid the spoilers all day like that episode of How I Met Your Mother was a struggle but so worth it haha did you stay up Niamh? Thought Nate had him a few times especially in Round 3 but oh my god what a fight. Conor's not used to 5 round fights but you can tell he worked hard on his takedown defence
