I have seen this be excused with the following, and I s**t you not.

Schoolgirls shouldn't wear short skirts as it may distract the male teachers.

What kind of *******ed up rubbish is that? If a male teacher is going to be distracted by a teen(or younger) in a short skirt, he shouldn't be a bloody teacher of kids that age.


I don't see what the 'porn ring' stuff has to do with it either. Punish the people doing it, not those who wish to wear a skirt?!
