Yup, tends to be misused a hell of a lot to put someone who did nothing wrong in the wrong when it was clearly someone else who was in the wrong.
Honestly, all series we have had 'Bear is aggressive' and such, and in the instance someone else is aggressive towards him and he steps back, he is suddenly passive aggressive so as still to make out he is wrong.
