I really don't want it to seem like I'm moaning or whatever bc admin/mods have been good to me in the sense that I have done some awful things in the past and they've still allowed me chances to rectify my behaviour (and hopefully I have and this isn't an attack so please don't view it as one) but like I understand where Tom is coming from as he does seem to make a lot of suggestions for the forum and most of it he's just told no for. He seems to work hard to suggest things that could improve the forum and usually just gets a 'we work hard on this forum how dare you criticise' response when I genuinely don't think he means any harm by it. He loves the forum evidently and I don't think he'd want to criticise James/Josy/the moderators he's just possibly a bit frustrated that his ideas don't come to fruition.

Yeah it's great that Tom makes suggestions for the forum and others do too but none of ideas get 'shot down' that's just not being fair, most of the time if we don't agree with suggestions we give perfectly good reasons why but no matter what we say it always turns into a slanging match saying that we don't ever add anything at all which again just isn't true.
