We didn't get the tickets in the application phase where it went to a ballot, but from what I understand those who were unsuccessful in the ballots (as my brother was for the two Saturday evenings) will be given an exclusive first-come-first-served sale for another load of tickets in about two weeks, before they put the remaining tickets on general sale later in the year
But trying to buy tickets at 11am in a mad rush with everyone else is a total lottery
but then again so was the ballot, so I suppose you're right
