Because she would have been criticized to no end if she had skipped the 9-11 memorial for feeling ill. She probably felt sick but was pushing herself to meet her commitments.... who hasn't done the same for a job... I did that when I was 19... fell sick for 3 weeks... sickest I have ever been in my life. Had nothing to do with age or overall health... just pushed myself too hard and my body broke down.
But she was damned if she didn't show up or damned if she did today.... and that is the real problem here. No matter what she did today... there would still be countless news articles and threads
... attacking her choice. It isn't about her hiding anything with regards to her health... it's more a matter of unrealistic expectations and judgement from the masses.
And yes...this isn't an issue that the presidency should be decided on...let's all get back to those.
