I remember having something like this a year ago after buying a fruit shake. I was sick 5 times that night, and by the third time there wasn't even anything more to throw up (sorry for the graphic description😅  . It was really horrible and the feeling is kinda hopeless at the time, but it gets better eventually!

That sounds awful, I got to the stage where there was nothing to throw up too, really painful.
