Once you've downloaded your videos use windows live maker. It's free and should be installed with every windows. There it's easy. Find the bits you want in each clip-crop then delete the parts you don't want.
There are other editing softwares which you can look up.
Don't know how to get around copyright issues though although I think there are videos on how to get around it.
