My current neighbours are a nightmare - the husband gets up really early and on more than one occasion has started banging and drilling through the wall at 6:00AM!! He is obsessed with his garden and mows the lawn at least 3 times a week - often starting as early as 7:00AM
They also have a demon dog and he is just an old, ugly bitter man.
