It seems like a law would complicate things.
I do think there should be a law against tricking people into thinking you're a different sex.
However a general law against 'tricking someone into bed' could get into very shakey territory.For instance you often get people lying about their job or what car they have to etc to try and impress the opposite sex.You'd end up with people in prison just for telling a lie before sleeping with someone.The law would have to be clearly defined as 'lying about sex/gender' or whatever.
