No, I haven't experienced this, or heard about it until now, but it certainly is weird.
Perhaps it's akin to the phobia some people have of chalk being used across a blackboard?
I know that pencil lead on paper is not as audible as chalk on a blackboard, but perhaps your brain is 'filling in the blanks' subconsciously and you are involuntarily reacting as a reflex action?
