Oh I'm not disputing life can still be difficult. I just don't think it's to be stressed to the extent that we tend to stress it when things that challenge us happen. I tackle them as learning experiences now.
Most of my examples are highly personalized, so it's hard to be specific without a lot of detail. In short, I've had a lot of medical problems the past two decades as well as getting my business up and running in addition to occasional family stuff, getting my degree, working/not working due to illness. I had to learn to destress and adopt better habits just to survive. However, there's a
big difference between surviving and coping and actually overcoming obstacles... at my worst, I was floating barely above water trying to do the latter and learned that there are a lot of things we put on ourselves that aren't necessarily fair... like you can't control other people's drama, their choices or viewpoints... but you can control your proximity to it and how much space you decide to make for it in your life/space, how it effects you and your choices, etc.
Eventually, I became very good at listening to my body which helped me to solve many of those health issues, handling my family business without accepting other people's ****, adopting a routine, staying organized and in general, living a life centered around being healthy, not forcing or trying to find new ways manufacture/manifest happiness in your life... if that makes any sense. The latter usually involves far more work (much of which is redundant work) than we think and is not actually as necessary to achieve a peace of mind/feeling centered.
There is a lot that goes with this and I could be more specific, but I think everybody is different.
