I'd assume they'll continue to be closely monitored even though they've been released from prison? There's no way (or it would be extremely unlikely) that they'd be able to get away with getting involved with terrorist groups again if that's the case, surely?
Other than being locked away for life I'm not sure what else would be expected other than them being released after completing their sentences?
