Can't the government just put them all in a big arena with loads of suicide vests and maybe make a new game show.Like Robot Wars but maybe 'Jihad Wars'.Get some betting companies involved and we could take bets on who the winner will be?
The prize could be a place in the afterlife with 70 virgins.
