Married, 2+ kids, become a grandparent, be comfortable money wise, nice house, lots of dogs, lots of holidays seeing new places (Australia, USA, Canada, all over Europe).
OH... be in New York City at Christmastime with lots of snow... that's the one main thing that's never left me when I've thought of what I want to do!
If I could look back and have done half of that I'd have a smile on my face. (Got a lump in my throat doing this! Man!!)
I never was an overly ambitious person but since my Granddad died I've realised that I need to experience things.
One of the last things he said to me was "my life's just passed me by" and was really upset, and I thought... to be in your 80's and experienced what he has and think that then life really IS way too short, so you've got to go places, do things, push yourself so you can look back and not have any "should-of, would-of, coulda-of's".
