Yeah I recalled looking at that thread but I don't remember the entirety of it.
It was a thought. I don't know the logistics of implementing it here because I don't know the statistics of sign ups. I just know it has worked in some other places where they add a delay or some other fall back measure to discourage quick and dirty accounts. That's all.
