I find that if most of the time you eat healthily, then occasional chocolate and crisps do no harm. My weight has stayed the same for years (I could lose 10ibs, but what the heck) which I think is due to the fact that I eat only when I'm hungry. I realise that set meal times are necessary for some, but whenever possible just eat when your body tells you to eat.
