There's some truth in getting more support when you're a well known celeb , but that's not always the case look at Foggy 2 years ago I didn't have a clue who he was
( I'm not into sport let alone super bike racing) and I'm sure I wasn't the only one who didn't know him prior to the jungle .But he gained popularity by being a decent funny guy and he was good in the trials
