Those outside of UK can vote too (: Simply use a VPN and set your location to UK and you'll be able to download the voting app. A way to do so is to download the TunnelBear app from the app store and of course set your location to the UK with it. Then, search "X Factor app apk" on Google, click on the first result and you can download the app from there! Found this method after searching around a bit.
