They are the ones who brought the inaction after the referendum into play.

All the protests from others and the Court proceedings will all be over anyway by March, even this Supreme Court hearing is done this week and they will give their conclusions in January.

The only people who have brought into play delay on actually acting on this issue is the PM and her govt. No one else.
