Boy George may not be returning to The Voice UK when it moves to ITV in 2017, but that doesn't mean he's done with the franchise at all.
The veteran singer will be joining the Australian edition of the show, as confirmed by Nine Network, which airs the show.
"I am super excited to be doing The Voice in Australia because I know they can take a bit of banter and I won't be holding back," he said.
"The UK season was a warm-up and I am ready to sprinkle some pop-tastic glitter dust all over the show."
It's good to know that despite the initial negative reaction to his joining The Voice UK he won't be reigning it in at all.
Boy George will be joining singers Delta Goodrem and Seal as coaches on The Voice Australia, which is set to air in 2017 at an unspecified date. The fourth coach has also yet to be confirmed.
