I believe your reborn into things like animals, insects..etc I just can't see a place in the clouds where your spirit lives on. Ghosts on the other hand IMO are people who want to live on, can't accept death, can't leave life, so their spirit stays in a place they've spent their lives.
It's what I believe so don't bother posting shxt on how Science says otherwise or something.
