BIG Brother favourite Nikki Grahame is the latest celebrity signed up to complete the In Therapy series.

The new season of the Channel 5 show will see a string of famous faces undergoing therapy as they give viewers an unprecedented insight into some of their deepest and darkest emotions.

The reality star, 34, is set to open up about her mood swings as well as her struggle with anorexia on the programme.

A source close to the star told The Sun: “Nikki both loves and hates fame – it brings out the best and worst in her.

“She became famous on Big Brother and even back then she was displaying massive mood swings.

“It’s something she wanted to explore in therapy and so when she was offered the chance to do it on TV she jumped at it.

"Nikki wears her heart on her sleeve and it's often got her in trouble, she knows the public have seen her at her very worst when her tantrums have got out of control and she wants to explore why it happens.

“She hopes it will make people understand her a bit better."

Nikki will also open up about her battle with anorexia for over a decade and her phobia of eating more than 400 calories.

In 2013, the troubled telly star revealed the shocking extent of her struggle with anorexia and depression - confessing she was sectioned after overdosing on pills.

A source added: “Nikki has had a lifelong battle with anorexia and her self-esteem hit rock bottom.

“Nikki still struggles with her demons and thinks In Therapy will help to keep her on the road to recovery.”

The Sun recently revealed that Marnie Simpson, Calum Best and Christopher Maloney have all signed up for the next series of In Therapy.

The second run of the show will be broadcast in the New Year – after the first series proved to be a huge success.
