the terrorists where offered the chance to leave aleppo before the seige had happened, and they refused to let the citizens leave the city, they where using the people as nothing more than human shields to cause outrage as a tactic so as to get the west to force a no fly zone, the terrorists where also hoarding aid supplies that where for the people of aleppo,
