Celebrity Big Brother 2017 spoilers! Live twist revealed for first week

Celebrity Big Brother 2017 will feature a live twist just days after launch, it's been let slip.

Schedule details for the first week have revealed that there will be a special live show at the end of the very first week, seeing two new housemates enter.

The official Celebrity Big Brother 2017 start date was previously revealed with the new series kicking off with its live launch in less than a week's time at 9PM, next Tuesday, January 3.

There host Emma Willis will introduce us to the new Celebrity Big Brother line up as they step inside the house.

At 11:05PM, Rylan Clark-Neal will be back to host Bit On The Side while at midnight there will be live streaming. The show then continues nightly at 9PM ahead of the live twist scheduled for Friday, January 6.

The live Friday show - billed as "Celebrity Big Brother: Live Two New Housemates" - will be split into two parts, airing at 9PM and 10:30PM, with a new series of Lip Sync Battle UK sandwiched inbetween.

Rumour has it that we could be in store for one of the longest series yet, with early schedule information suggesting 40 episodes planned for what will be the show's 19th series overall.

Channel 5 confirmed earlier this month that the new series of the show will - as widely rumoured - see a mix of former Celebrity Big Brother housemates as well as new faces.

New stars rumoured for the cast include footballer Jamie O'Hara, X Factor singer Sam Callahan, rapper Ray J, Love Island's Olivia Buckland, The Apprentice's Jessica Cunningham, reality TV regular Bianca Gascoigne and snooker ace Ronnie O'Sullivan.

Meanwhile, past 'all star' housemates who could be returning include Austin Armacost, Coleen Nolan, Lauren Harries, Jedward, Calum Best, Katie Price, Nicola McLean, American couple Speidi - Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag - and Jasmine Waltz.
