I would think that many/most would laugh at anyone who could in anyway find these women attractive.
I think it is pretty clear that women who go for the plastic Barbie doll look are insecure, attention seeking and desperate, thinking they stand out - the irony being that the look has become so common it is on a par with the pound shops - cheap, tacky, over available with one on every corner and of poor quality.
I feel sorry for these women. They have no individuality and clearly have no understanding of how attractive that can be.
