Week Three

Day Eighteen (Saturday)
Nothing happens during the day, but in the evening, the housemates take part in the third Saturday live task. This week, the housemates must pick a card out of a deck – each card has a picture of a disgusting dish Big Brother has prepared – anyone who successfully eats it within a minute will win £10,000 towards their prize fund.

Day Nineteen (Sunday)
The remaining housemates begin this week’s shopping task, which has the theme “High School Cliques”. Before they are given the rules of the task, they must arrange the housemates into the following groups:
- The four most intelligent housemates
- The four moodiest housemates
- The four housemates they think will be the most popular on the outside.
The housemate left over is called to the diary room and given the instructions for this week’s task. The four most intelligent housemates are the Nerd Clique, the four moodiest are the Goth Clique, and the four “most popular” housemates are the Popular Clique. The remaining housemate is a Loner. Each group must abide by certain rules, such as wearing costumes, eating lunch at the set tables for each clique, and individual tasks for each clique will be explained over the week.

Day Twenty (Monday)
Today, the nerds are given their task – they must make an invention for the school science fair. Big Brother provides them with materials to create their invention with. In the evening, they must show a demonstration on their invention, explaining how it works, what it’s purpose it, and physically showing the housemates how to use it. During the day, the housemates will nominate – as it is a secret double eviction this week, the three or more housemates with the most nominations will be up for eviction.

Day Twenty-One (Tuesday)
Today is the day where the Goths are given their task – they must write a poem about each of the other nine housemates, and present them later on. After they have done so, Big Brother reveals the names of the housemates up for eviction. In the evening, the Loner is called to the diary room and given their task – they must not speak to anyone until they go to bed that night.

Day Twenty-Two (Wednesday)
The popular clique gets the final task to complete – they must learn a cheerleading routine demonstrated on the plasma screen. They have all day to learn it, and then must perform it in the evening.

Day Twenty-Three (Thursday)
The housemates are told whether they have passed or failed the task, and write the shopping list accordingly.

Day Twenty-Four (Friday)
At the beginning of the live show, Davina takes us on a tour of “The All-Seeing House”, which is accessed by a secret door by the kitchen. There are eight beds, three of which will be filled by three new housemates., and screens are everywhere, playing what is happening in each room of the main house. After half an hour of highlights, Davina announces the name of the third housemate to be evicted, and they leave instantly. After the interview, the second person is announced, and they leave after half an hour – in an extended 45-minute show, three new housemates enter “The All-Seeing House”. In the diary room, Big Brother explains that they are “All-Seeing Housemates”, and will be able to watch the house all week. Over the week, they will make decisions on who they want to recruit to the “All-Seeing House”, and on Wednesday, any housemate who has not been recruited will face the public vote.
Davina explains that it will not be as easy as it appears, as one of the current All-Seeing Housemates will end up in the main house by Wednesday…
