I agree completely. If they're going to punish Jen they should at least have punished Dick for his behaviour too.

Dick never broke the rules. You can verbally abuse someone all you want. It's the rules that matter, she didn't get punished for bad behavior she did for rule breaking and that's what earned her a penalty nom and why she is leaving after Jameka.

What Dick has done has gone way past verbal abuse, he has destroyed that girl. He pushed and pushed her, made her feel small and picked on her for no reason other then to make himself look better - That is bullying. I don't care if its a game show or not - Bullying should no be allowed.
And before some smart arse come son says "Didn't you defend Jade in CBB?", yes I did but what Jade did was group bitching, nothing compared to Dick's behaviour.
