See, IMO Charlotte is basically a (maybe not to everyone's taste) "comedy act"... and her act involves pretending to be an out of control Geordie Chav but it's all done with a knowing wink and a smile. Some people hate it but she's good at it, she isn't even close to as stupid as she pretends to be, and she has made good money from it.

Chloe is GENUINELY what Charlotte is parodying... and actually, that's where the whole show (Geordie Shore) has gone wrong. At the start it was essentially some young, daft, but essentially lower-middle and straight-middle class "student-ish" Geordie kids being deliberately extreme. Like I said... tongue in cheek / almost satire. But as old castmates (Vicky, James, Charlotte, and now pretty much everyone else) have gradually left... they've replaced them with genuinely thick, rough, aggressive people.

The show used to be fun and light-hearted, easy to watch comedy, with people occasionally kicking off a bit. Now it's just ****ing grim and basically unwatchable.
