I've just received an updated press release about this. Instead of BB chosing the housemates C4 have put a free voting section on the website.

FANS VOTE FOR BIG BROTHER AWARDS
Big Brother fans will decide who gets the gongs at The Big Brother Award Ceremony, broadcast tonight live on E4 streaming and during Friday’s highlights show on Channel 4 (8.30pm).
This afternoon the final four housemates have nominated three housemates for each award category and submitted their shortlist to Big Brother. There are 11 award categories in total and all 13 housemates from this year were eligible for each award.
Fans can vote for FREE via the official Big Brother web forum at www.channel4.com/bigbrother
The shortlist (chosen by the housemates) for each award is as follows;
· The Best Looking Housemate - Stuart, Vanessa, Shell
· The Biggest Cry Baby - Shell, Nadia, Becki
· The Best Dressed Housemate - Nadia, Michelle, Ahmed
· The Rudest Housemate - Becki, Nadia, Marco
· The Most Successful Rebel - Kitten, Victor, Michelle
· The Most Vain Housemate - Jason, Nadia, Michelle
· The Most Liberated Housemate - Shell, Michelle, Nadia
· The Greediest Housemate - Nadia, Ahmed, Daniel
· The Biggest Asset to the Group - Daniel, Shell, Nadia
· The Laziest Housemate - Ahmed, Jason, Stuart
· The Housemate Most Likely to Win Big Brother 2004
The winner of each award will be decided by the free online vote.
At the ceremony Big Brother will call housemates up individually to read out the nominations and announce the winner of each category. The winner will then give an acceptance speech. If the winner is an evicted housemate, the person reading the nominations will give an acceptance speech on their behalf.
The final and most anticipated award will be for the housemate “most likely to win Big Brother 2004.” However, Big Brother would not want to spoil the surprise, so this envelope will instead contain a message for the group saying; “Big Brother will get back to you.”
Big Brother will provide black tie and ball gowns for the housemates to wear to the awards ceremony and treat them to a 3-course dinner.
