I don't know one way or the other if she knew but I don't think this really confirms anything, even if it wasn't discussed in the house (although really Stacy is just saying that she didn't personally see it being discussed - and it's not as if something like that would be discussed as a group on a regular basis) it doesn't mean Nicola didn't know. I know a lot of people didn't know but a lot of people did, apparently it was big news when Kim released her autobiography and was in many papers and magazines. Either way though I still think it was a terrible thing to say, but yeah much less terrible if she didn't know.
