I think it's the responsibility of the parents to make the right decisions surrounding their sexual antics and the consequences of them. There are many debates surrounding whether or not a child is alive at conception or not - and I thought the morning after pill was meant to be taken without the knowledge of a pregnancy, just like a precaution. I view the morning after pill as being the same as a prophylactic/ condo,, it prevents pregnancy from taking place because there is evidence that suggests it takes around 5 days for a pregnancy to begin or not begin.
