Because sitting back and watching millions of innocent people being barred from entering your country, against not just basic human rights principles but the actual Bill of Rights, and allowing Trump to do so because he's the President and there's nothing anyone can do... yeah that's the true spirit of democracy
ps I see Mike Pence hasn't said much about this for somebody who spoke out strongly against the plan when Trump first announced it
