Nicola took a nasty shot at Kim for her bad past behaviour (instead of keeping it light hearted). Kim went completely OTT in her reaction (she probably felt guilty for the low blow and didn't like it thrown back into her face).
The two of them acted like children and both of them ruined the task. Kim probably needed to be taken out and calmed because she over reacted..and Nicola, stealing Kim's wine and holding court on the couches with the girls acting all 'holier than thou' was awful. They should both be ashamed, IMO.
