At the crematorium at my mum's funeral. We wanted my daughter (then 5) to be part of the process to normalise death for her.
So we're all in the front row, everyone else has just come in and sat down, waiting for the minister to start talking... Daughter spots the coffin sitting on the "rollers" thing that slides it towards the... Err... Oven? Asks what it is and my wife explains.
My five year old's eyes light up and she says; "Ooooh! Can I help push it in??"
So there we are. Me, my wife and my sister, sat at my mum's funeral, in the front row, in front of all the rest of her friends and acquaintances, ****ing giggling like schoolgirls.
