I thought about this last night also and wondered how she knew. But when you look at how all the HMs were done up to the nines, make up, hair do's etc they must have had stylist, hairdressers, make up artists in the house during the day, even Coleen's face didn't look as harsh and it would have taken some time to do Nicola's and Bianca's hair. I reckon that Bianca and the others were informed of outside issues.
