"Enough is enough" why? It has nothing to do with you and doesn't affect you in any way?
And as for "should" be toilet trained, children toilet train at different rates and trying to force the issue is not healthy. The fact that a child is in nappies doesn't mean that toilet training isn't
in progress, and it takes as long as it takes.
